Oh, how this man is (missed). I am Wayne's wife that is in the Nursing Home and I am (Bill's pitch partner). We sure had a lot of fun when the home was
open so I could be there every single day. Wayne/had Valdonna and then it was Bill & I (oh, how I've missed all those fun days we had and thanks for putting his wreath from his door on Wayne's - Wayne and him talked endless about all the things of this world. I could write forever about him since he was a person that made you feel as if you had known for years and of the fun we had in such a short amount of time knowing him, and I have really felt so helpless with him being so sick. **He gave me our deck of cards - and as recently as little over a week ago - wanted to know when we could play again. OH, how I wish we could have.
Take special care of that little (grandson/boy) he so loved. May God help ease the pain and give you precious memories of a man that came into our lives and won't easily (NEVER) be forgotten by the 2 - Radfords' from Nixa, MO. Wayne & Emma Lee

My dad, Wayne, was Bill's best buddy at the nursing home. They shared stories of their times in Vegas, their families, their upbringing, their shenanigans, accomplishments, and the love of their children and grandchildren. My mom and I played cards, pitch, nearly every day until Covid shut us out. I tried to bring lemon cake every week. Bill loved it. Our hearts are heavy without the hope that he couldn't get well. And, we send our deepest sympathy to you all. Bill was truly truly one of a kind. Bill, roll those dice and play your wining hand without pain and suffering. Keep a chair open for Wayne.
