Wilma Bogart Kinnamon, 91, of Ozark, MO.(formerly of Springfield, Mo) passed away Monday July 29, 2013 at the Baptist Home in Ozark, Mo. She was born to Jordon Raymond and Nirva Luella (Shanes) Bogart of the London community north of Mansfield, Wright County, Missouri. She was the first of five children born to this family. Attending a one room school, one mile from her home through the eighth grade, then Mansfield High School.
She Married John Kinnamon, February 25, 1940.
After moving to Springfield, MO, Wilma acquired her Real Estate License, which she worked at for over twenty years. They loved to travel, after their retirement in 1976; they spent much of their time in their RV, traveling throughout the United States, including Alaska, never forgetting “Home” was in the Missouri Ozarks.
Wilma was preceded in death by her parents, husband John Kinnamon, a brother Harry Bogart, a sister Norma Drake and a brother-in-law Lewis Carter. She is survived by a son Raymond Kinnamon (Leslee), Centertown, Mo.; three daughters Sharon Frandsen (Frank), Forsyth, MO.; Dolores Edwards (Ron), and Johnelle Hargis (Curt) of Springfield, MO.; Twenty Grandchildren; Twenty Six, Great Grandchildren; and Fourteen, Great-Great grandchildren. A brother, Jerry Bogart (Shirley), Broken Arrow, OK.; a sister Gloria Bogart Carter, Springfield, MO. Memorial services will be Friday August 2, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Greenlawn North Funeral Home, Visitation will be from 12:00 noon until service time. Private inurnment will be at a later date.
