Wilma Jean Fuller, age 87, of Bolivar, MO, passed away Saturday, August 31, 2013, at Citizens Memorial Healthcare Facility. She was born November 28, 1925, in Blue Lick, MO, to Chester and Ella (Johnson) Stokes. She was saved at the age of 13 at Rondo Missionary Baptist Church. Wilma was united in marriage to Joseph Truman Fuller January 27, 1947. She attended the Berean Baptist Church. She enjoyed cooking. She also liked seeing her grandchildren and being with family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Joseph Truman Fuller; a son Joe Ned Fuller; a grandson Andrew Joseph Fuller; and a brother in-law Andrew Marion Fuller.
She is survived by four children: Bonita Medley of Bolivar, MO, Jackie Fuller and wife Jonalyn, Dusty Fuller, and William Fuller and wife Dayna all of Halfway, MO; three grandchildren: Jessa Fuller, Nora Fuller and Truman Fuller all of Halfway, MO; two sisters: Loretta Degraffenreid of Green City, MO, and Neoma Stacy and husband Dee of Flemington, MO; as well as many other family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM, Thursday, September 5, 2013, at Pitts Chapel, Bolivar, MO. Burial will be held in Greenwood Cemetery, Bolivar, MO. Visitation will be held from from 1:00 to 3:00 PM on Thursday, September 5, 2013, at Pitts Chapel of Greenlawn Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the the CMH Hospice, or the American Cancer Society.
