Wilma (Rupe) Hodge 60, of Morrisville, Missouri passed away in her home surrounded by her family on Friday, April 2, 2021.
Wilma was born July 15, 1960 to William Joseph and Lucille (Ledford) Coleman in Oakland, California. She was a bus driver for the Platte County, Missouri School District for several years.
Wilma was a member of the First Baptist Church of Morrisville; she loved visiting with family and friends. One of her favorite things was riding the motorcycle with Art.
Wilma was preceded in death by her parents and her favorite aunt, Isabelle Guista.
Wilma is survived by the man she truly loved, Art Hodge; her son Jerry Joseph Rupe and wife Michelle; her “bonus” children Nakita Marie Miles and Jeff, Chelsea Lynn Soto and husband Jesus, Timothy Hodge and wife Crystal; grandchildren Etta, Emma, Levi, Austin, Ashley, Aden, Trinity, William, Peighton, Hunter, Hayleigh, Trinity and Paisley; father and mother-in-law Art and Sheron Hodge; brothers and sister Rick Munder and wife Fran, Alan Munder and wife Elise, Kenneth Davis and Charlene Munder; brothers and sister-in-law Cedar Hodge, Chris Hodge and wife Linda, Kim Shuley and husband Paul; Nephews and Nieces Ronnie and wife Connie, Cheree, Gary, James, Christopher Jr., Ryan Trenton, Caleb, Courtney, Cassidy and Leanne; special cousin Kathy and her “fur children” Little Ann, Pokey, Lacy and Otis.
Wilma was loved and will be missed tremendously. A memorial service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at First Baptist Church of Morrisville, 5334 South Main Ave., Morrisville, Missouri.
